The 9 AM MAMA CLUB is a place for mothers who long for real connection, exchange and a little break from everyday life - a monthly event series without pressure to be perfect, without comparisons and without a guilty conscience.

What you can expect

☕ Coffee & indulgence. Start the morning relaxed and treat yourself to our exclusive mom deal from the YupYup Café with coffee and delicious snacks.

🤍 Community instead of competition. Meet other moms from Bremen and the surrounding area who are experiencing similar challenges. Honest conversations, mutual support and new contacts in an appreciative atmosphere.

🌸 Impulse on the topic of stress & mental load. Why do so many moms feel permanently exhausted? What does stress do to our body and mind? Together we will look at the effects of mental load and learn the first ways to become more aware of stress and deal with it better.

👶 Children are welcome. Want your baby or toddler to come along? With pleasure. Breastfeeding, changing, playing or parking the baby carriage - we create a relaxed environment in which children are a natural part of it.
