The 12MIN.ME | START🚀:UP event follows a globally proven, completely unique, and strictly timed format, guided by the motto “Don’t waste yOUR TIME!”

The evening’s structure is designed to be highly efficient, offering participants maximum value in terms of inspiration, knowledge, and networking in the shortest possible time.

Event Structure:
The evening consists of three rounds, each structured according to the exact 12-minute principle:

12-minute presentation:
Each of the three speakers has exactly 12 minutes to tell their story, present their business model, and share their key takeaways. When the time is up, the presentation stops immediately—not a second longer!

12-minute Q&A:
Next, it’s the audience’s turn. For exactly 12 minutes, the Q&A session begins, during which participants can delve deeper into the topic and ask direct questions.

Each session is rounded out with 12 minutes of targeted networking, allowing attendees to connect directly with the speakers in person before the next presentation begins. At the end of the three rounds, the evening transitions into open networking.

In line with the program guidelines, the format is aimed at two target groups: “Startups & Founders” (pre-seed/seed phase) and stakeholders from “SMEs & Corporates” who are seeking inspiration for innovation.

Three innovative, candid case studies will be presented, drawn directly from the business world and the startup scene. The content focuses on current trends—ranging from digital technologies to forward-looking GreenTech solutions and influential nonprofit ideas. These are explicitly not mere sales pitches, but rather genuine knowledge sharing, personal stories, and the sharing of concrete challenges and lessons learned that will benefit the community.
