Do I need special clothing?
No, just wear something comfortable.
I never exercise otherwise. Can I still join?
Of course! This isn’t about performing feats of mastery.
Do I need any basic knowledge of yoga?
Absolutely not—Anni & Heinrich will demonstrate and explain everything. Pretty much anyone can join in!
Advance registration is required! Maximum of 10 participants.
Price information:
Introductory class for just 15€ per participant. You don't need to do anything in advance—just pay on-site on the day of the event.
