Dominik Eulberg

Dominik Eulberg from the Westerwald has been active worldwide with his music for more than 25 years. His discography now includes over one hundred releases. He has received numerous awards for his musical work, such as the German Record Critics' Award, was voted Music Producer of the Year by specialist magazines and regularly achieves top rankings in the DJ category. But he actually studied ecology, because raising awareness of nature and protecting our local biodiversity has been something he has been passionate about since childhood. Eulberg is a colorful jack-of-all-trades. He is active in many different ways to sensitize our hearts to the beauty and worthiness of protecting nature. For example, he is a book author for Eichborn-Verlag, where he published his nature book "Mikroorgasmen Überall", which won the literary prize "Wissensbuch des Jahres". He develops nature awareness games, such as the multimedia bird quartet "Flying Gems", is an ambassador for many nature conservation organizations, a guest scientist at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin and can regularly be seen on television, for example on SWR in "Eulbergs Kosmos". He is constantly working with the renowned nature filmmaker Jan Haft on TV and cinema films, such as the current movie "Heimat Natur". His commitment was recently recognized with a nomination for the German Environmental Media Award. His penultimate album "Mannigfaltig", which focused on biodiversity, made it into the Official German Charts and his last album "Avichrom" reached the top 40. The wasp species Ceraphron eulbergi was named in his honor.
